American Window Film Employee Spotlight

This month, we’re excited to spotlight Amy, who joined American Window Film two and a half years ago as an Executive Assistant. Fresh out of college, she quickly discovered AWF was the perfect fit, offering a culture of collaboration, mutual respect, and genuine connections.

Amy values the welcoming culture at AWF, where hard work is recognized and relationships are just as important as results. She credits much of her professional growth and confidence to working under Matt’s leadership, describing him as a leader who “truly cares” and leads with integrity. “It’s rare to work with and for someone like that,” she says.

Outside of work, Amy loves spending time with friends, whether she is exploring new restaurants, hosting BBQs, or trying unique activities around town. She is also an avid runner and recently completed her first half marathon in May. When she is not on the move, you can find her cooking, baking, or enjoying the sunshine at the beach or pool. Having moved to Orange County six years ago for college, Amy still makes a point to discover something new in the area every week.

When it comes to company perks, Amy is a true enthusiast. This year, she used her Friends & Family perk to travel to Ireland for St. Patrick’s Day, which was an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experience. She also used her We Not Me perk to go to a Lady Gaga concert, crossing it off her bucket list! Sharing this moment with coworkers that have become close friends made it all the more special.

Amy’s positive energy, dedication, and genuine connection to the AWF team embody the culture that makes our company special, and we are lucky to have her on board.
