American Window Film Employee Spotlight

This month, we are proud to shine our Employee Spotlight on Victor Ruiz, a dedicated member of the American Window Film team for the past 18 years. Victor has been a steady presence and a true professional in his role as a film installer, helping to bring quality and craftsmanship to every project he touches.

When asked about what he enjoys most about working at AWF, Victor was quick to point out the variety and excitement his role brings. “I like traveling, meeting people and seeing new buildings,” he shared. “I don’t have to stay in one place, and I’m always changing settings.” That love of variety and discovery has not only kept his work engaging over nearly two decades, but it has also allowed him to form lasting connections with clients and colleagues across different locations.

Outside of work, Victor’s passions are just as dynamic. He finds peace and enjoyment in gardening. He also has a love for singing, a hobby that brings out his creative and joyful side. And at the heart of it all is his family. Whether spending quality time together in the garden or sharing music, family remains central to everything Victor does.

It’s no surprise then that when asked about his favorite AWF perk, Victor immediately mentioned Friends & Family Day. “I am very family oriented, and I like that I have a day to be able to spend with my family,” he said. For Victor, that time is priceless, and it speaks to how much he values both his work family and his loved ones at home.

Victor’s loyalty, work ethic, and positive outlook have made him an invaluable part of our team. We are so grateful for the past 18 years he has dedicated to American Window Film and look forward to many more. Thank you, Victor, for all you do!
