At American Window Film, we’re lucky to have an incredible team of people who are dedicated to delivering top-notch service and creating a positive work environment. Each person brings something special to the table, and this month, we’re excited to shine the spotlight on Brian Jones.
With 22 years at Amersol and 3 years with AWF after the 2022 acquisition, Brian’s experience and commitment are second to none. As a Commercial/Residential Sales Estimator, Brian appreciates the flexibility of working both from home and the office. But what really stands out to him is the supportive and open culture at AWF. “Management always makes sure I have what I need, and they wrap up meetings with, ‘What can we do to help?’”. Brian believes this kind of thoughtful communication creates a relaxed, team-driven atmosphere where everyone feels like they’ve got each other’s backs.
Outside of work, Brian stays busy with tennis, pickleball, and playing guitar. As for his favorite AWF perk? It’s definitely the “AWF Friends and Family Perk”. This July, Brian is looking forward to using it for an Alaskan cruise with his wife and friends. He’s excited to make some unforgettable memories on the trip—and hopefully spot a few whales along the way!
