With six years at American Window Film, Michelle has built a strong foundation in her role, while Andy’s career spans over two decades with the company.
Serving as an installer, Michelle thrives in a hands-on role, while Andy, as the lead installer, ensures top-quality service and training for the team.
What Michelle loves most about AWF is the flexibility and variety of working in different locations each day. For Andy, the perks provided by the company are a standout benefit.
Together for two and a half years, their journey as a couple began right here at AWF.
The “Friends and Family” perk holds special meaning for Michelle, as it allowed her to take her son indoor golfing and make his dream trip to New York a reality. Andy enjoys the “Fitness, Health, and Wellness” perk, which helped him snag a new pair of work shoes—fueling his ever-growing shoe collection!
Outside of work, their shared hobbies include playing cards with friends, tackling family puzzles, watching movies, and competing in a co-ed softball league.
